Everybody Loves Travel (almost all). I certainly do. Believe it or not, and not in a good budget takes a little skill, knowledge and practice. But the skills are not difficult to have the knowledge available at all times, and the joy in practice!

Last spring, my wife and I had the chance to
spend 10 days in Italy. We have not had a fortune, we brought a few things and spent on other, and the result was a very pleasant travel experience. Planning, of course, is the key. We agreed to spend our general itinerary and a limited number of time when the broad outlines of the trip was very clear from the outset. We flew to Rome for several days looking after the Biggies such as parks of St. Peter and the Vatican Museums, and to stroll through the city.

Where we live? For a “budget” hotel. How do we find?
The Internet. There are so many options on hotels at reasonable prices, the biggest problem is to shorten the list. If you have Internet, navigating even minimal skills, to find accommodation in this way is very easy to do. Many companies even offer a discount for bookings made online. By the way, if we go pay the bill, we pay in cash – another discount!

Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world for its architecture and culture and ideally known for a long weekend break in the city. The Italian capital is very popular with tourists and it is not difficult to see why. The five most important reasons for a visit.

Shopping
Ladies, if you are in fashion, vintage clothing and a cute-off pieces and then to Rome is right for you. For arrivals clothing brand Via del Corso and Via del Babuino, where you beautiful pieces by the likes of Fendi and Valentino.
Rome also has many unique shops where you unique pieces that no one will find your friends.

Architecture
One of the most remarkable things about Rome is its impressive architecture. The Colosseum breathtaking, the Pantheon and the Roman Forum are essential if the guests should not the possibility of the Spanish Steps, an impressive flight of marble steps, street cafes, bars and restaurants lined miss ascent.

Restaurants
One thing that can make the Italian food. Fresh pasta, homemade pizza, and risotto are delicious local specialties, but that does not mean that you can not find a decent curry or a great steakhouse. Dinner at one of the many fine restaurants and quaint cafes and indulge your palate.

Art
Italy has some of the best artists in the world and Rome was the center of the country’s housing production of the artistic heritage of many of the most famous paintings in the world. The city has many museums and galleries, the Palazzo Colonna, Via Nazionale, the baroque Palazzo Barberini and the Galleria Borghese.

The Vatican
Of course, not a complete holiday in Rome without a visit to the Vatican. Home to the head of the Roman Catholic Church, the Vatican has long been one of Rome’s most popular attractions. The Vatican is the richest country in the world per square meter with a combined population of only 750 people. Visit St. Peter’s Basilica and rise to the top of the dome, where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the city of Rome, and you do not miss Michelangelo’s magnificent ceiling in the Sistine Chapel.

There are many treasures waiting in the Eternal City, which will most likely be found not found in the pages of a leader. So, if time allows you to wander off the beaten path, take notes because that’s where you’ll find Rome’s best kept secrets. Landmarks such as the church of Sant Ignazio di Loyola, St. Louis and the French church of Santa Maria degli Angeli are some of the many places is often included in the value guide books, but in any case a visit.

Sant ‘Ignazio di Loyola is in the shops on Via del Corso and has one of the “most impressive domes” in Rome, make sure you look twice. Entering the church and you see the dome, located before the altar. If you walk a few steps forward, you find they are on a flat wooden dome is painted with optical illusion. Many visit the church to witness themselves as they find it very surprising.

Also not to be missed in downtown, the church of San Luigi di francesi. This little gem is the Piazza Navona is off.
